Our approach
TryWard draws on published research on cognitive reframing, planning, and small behavioral experiments. The app includes explanations and source links for its practices.
TryWard’s own exercises have not yet been clinically evaluated. It is a self-development tool, not therapy, treatment, or a crisis service. We’re developing it carefully and will use feedback to improve it.
